PESTO TOMATO PIZZA

  • Pizza dough (packaged version or Boboli, pre-cooked if necessary)
  • 1 cup pesto (may need more/less, depending on size of pizza)
  • 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz. goat cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 
Evenly distribute the pesto over the crust.  Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and pieces of goat cheese.  Drizzle some olive oil over the top.  Bake according to instructions on the dough package.
